Valid Binding Contract
- These Terms and Conditions shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between the User and Al Huda, until:

- The transaction between the Parties, if any, concludes to the satisfaction of both Parties;

- Al Huda is committed to provide the online ordering experience and the delivery service with utmost care and skill in accordance with good industry standards.
- We will make every effort to ensure the freshness, cleanliness, and good quality of Goods offered on Our Website.
Ordering Goods
- You must be over 18 years of age, require delivery in our area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name, in order to place an order with Us.
- You can place an Order on Our Website with or without registering on Our Website. When You register and make an Account, Your purchase history and Your details are saved on s Secure Website hosting server.
- When You place an Order on Our Website You may be required to provide Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and password. Please keep Your password private. It is Your responsibility to make sure that all payment details, email address, your address and telephone number provided to Us are correct and complete. We are not responsible for refusing to provide service should the details be incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
- Any Order that You place with Us is subject to availability, delivery capacity and acceptance by Us. When You place Your Order on Our Website, We will send You an an email to confirm that We have received it and then an SMS and Email to confirm if We have accepted or rejected your order.
- We are not liable for any error You make during the ordering process. Should You make a mistake, please contact Us as soon as possible. You should send a confirmation email confirming the changes you make to your Order.
- After your Order is ready for collection or delivery, You should receive a confirmation from Us.
- If You are outside the delivery area of Al Huda Food Store, You will not be able to place an Order with Us.
- We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your Account with Us at our discretion
Cancellation, Delays and Returns
- You have the right to cancel an Order before an Order is accepted by Us.
- Please thoroughly check Your Order details before submitting it on Our Website. To cancel an Order after it has been submitted, You need to contact Our Store before the Order is approved or rejected by Us. Please contact Our store immediately, if You want to cancel the Order. We guarantee Our support to help You with the cancellation process.
- If You are unable to receive the delivery or respond to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes of Our Delivery Drivers physically reaching Your address, package could be left with Your neighbour or in area surrounding Your premises, if advised by You in advance. Once the Goods are delivered, they become Your responsibility.
- If the Goods cannot be received at the time of delivery, left with Your neighbour or in area surrounding Your premises, it will be returned to Our Store for You to collect the Order in person later. You will be charged for delivery, even if unsuccessful.
- We guarantee to transport meat in a chilled environment and to maintain the cold chain.
- We will do Our best to complete Your Order, for Collection or Delivery, on time. We do not take responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond Our control which We could not prevent in any reasonable way such as weather conditions or traffic.
- Once an Order is accepted by You, We cannot take returns. It is Your responsibility to inspect thoroughly all the Goods at the time of collection or delivery.
Complaints Procedure
- We are committed to providing high quality food products and service to all our Customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will allow us to put things right for you and to help improve our service for others in the future.
- If you have a complaint, please email us at info@alhudafoods.co.uk with the subject ‘Complaint’ and Your Order Number. We will acknowledge the receipt of Your complaint promptly.
- Any complaints with respect to the quality of Goods or service rendered will be viewed by our Management. The response shall be sent to You within 48 hours from the time of receiving the complaint.
Payment Terms and Prices
- The total price for the Order including all other charges for delivery, taxes, costs, if any, will be displayed on the Website when You place Your Order.
- The Company reserves the right to alter the price and selection of Goods available for sale on the Website and to add or remove items from our Price list.
- We will make sure all the prices are displayed correctly; however We do not take responsibility for any wrongly displayed prices.
- Payment option must be selected at the time of Ordering. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of Your Order.
- All payment methods accepted by Al Huda are displayed on our Website.
- To process financial transactions, We use third party Payment Service Provider. As required, You permanently authorise Us to instruct such Payment Service Provider to handle withdrawals from Your bank account. You also permanently agree that in accordance with Your requests as submitted, We may give such instructions on Your behalf. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Payment Service Provider's terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

- Transactions on the Website are secure and protected. Any information entered by the User when transacting on the Website is encrypted to protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User's credit and debit card information is not received, stored, or processed by Al Huda food store. The User is directed to the relevant payment gateway and the Payment Service Provider deals with the payment.
