• How can I place an order on Alhudafoods.co.uk?

    You can easily order in three steps.

    1. On the first page 'All items' will be listed. You can add items to cart from here or Select a speicific category from the menu (e.g. Chicken, Lamb, Vegetables, etc) and then adds item(s) within that category.
    2. Specify the quantity of an item and it will be automatically added to your cart. 
    3. Tap on the Cart icon at the top right and then proceed to check out.
    4. On the checkout page, specify date and time of collection or delivery, provide any additional info and confirm payment options. 

    You will receive an email confirmation for the reciept of your order and then a confirmation for the collection or delivery time. We recommend to signup with us and then place an order (rather than order as a guest) so that you can check your order history and easily reorder when you need to.

  • How can I check my order status?

    After placing an order with us:

    1. You will receive a confirmation mail for having successfully placing an order with us.
    2. You will then receive a confirmation from the store for acceptance (or rejection) of your order at the store.
    3. Finally, when your order is ready for delivery or collection, you will receive both an email and SMS confirmation

    You can see all your active and past orders along with order status by logging into your account.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Al Huda Foods Store secures online transactions of its customers via PayPal and such other reliable payment gateways that protect customer payment details so you can be assured that your card details are always secure when you order from us. Al Huda Foods store does not save your card details or any such sensitive information.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. You can cancel your order anytime before one (1) hour of the time notified to you by the store for the collection or delivery of the order. For example, if the store has confirmed your order and notified to you that the order shall be ready for pick up at 3.00 p.m. then you may cancel by contacting us on 02079989830 or the store before 2.00 p.m.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes. In case of order collection by you from the store, you will have to check the meat package on the premise of the store itself and return it in case of dissatisfaction with its contents. You may return the same within 24 hours time with its original packaging and in an unused condition.

    In case of order delivered to you, you will have to check the meat package delivered to you in presence of the delivery person and return it to him in case of any dissatisfaction with its contents. You may return the same within 24 hours time with its original packaging and in an unused condition.

  • How can I get a refund for my order?

    For the items returned by you, we shall endeavour to resolve any complaint and dispute that may arise on account of quality of products or services received by you. Complaints pertaining to the quality of goods shall be forwarded to the Store manager for further review and investigation. Upon confirmation from the store to process the refund, we shall initiate the refund process and the funds shall be reimbursed within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Can I revise my order?

    Yes. You may revise your order (upto 1 hour after placing the order) by directly calling the store with which you have placed the order or by contacting us at 02079989830.

  • Can I reschedule the time for my order?

    Yes. You may reschedule the time of pick-up or delivery of your order (upto 1 hour after placing th order) by directly calling the store with which you have placed the order or by contacting us at 02079989830 .

  • Where do you currently deliver?

    Currently we are providing delivery service within in a radius of 1 mile from our store. To register interest for delivery in your town, please contact us via email or call us on 02079989830.

  • What should I do if I do not receive my order on time?

  • What should I do if I do not receive a notification for my order?

  • What is the shelf life of the products ordered by me?

    The shelf life of mostly all the items would be labelled on its original packaging. For fruits, vegetables or meat items, you may directly call our store at 02079989830,  in case you have any questions.

  • Can I get to see the Halal Certification?

    Yes. You are entitled to seek information on the Halal Certification and Hygiene standards complied by the store. The Certificates provided to us by stores can be viewed online in the Store Info section.

    We shall afford all assistance to provide you with any informatin requested by you.

  • Do I need to have an account with Al Huda Foods to place an order?

    Not necessarily. It is preferred to have an account registered with Al Huda Foods store so that you can avail offers and discounts offered at alhudafoods.co.uk. By having an account with us, it would be convenient and easy for you to also reorder products and make changes to your orders. However, you can also place an order with us as a guest without having to setup an account with us.
